Physical Therapist Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ Agency: Diverse Lynx LLC Pay: $64 to $68 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a pediatric outpatient clinic in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This role focuses on evaluating and treating children with developmental, orthopedic, and mobility-related conditions while working closely with families and a multidisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on: Motor development Mobility and gait training Strength, balance, and coordination Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with caregivers, families, and therapy team (OT, Speech) Educate families on home exercise programs and care plans Requirements Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (Arizona or Compact State) BLS Certification (required) Minimum 1–2 years of Physical Therapy experience Outpatient experience required Pediatric experience strongly preferred Strong communication and patient interaction skills Benefits Medical Insurance, 401K Plan
