Occupational Therapist Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ Agency: Diverse Lynx LLC Pay: $60 to $64 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Overview We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a pediatric outpatient clinic in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This role focuses on helping children develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and independence while working closely with families and a multidisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on: Fine motor skills Sensory integration Activities of daily living (ADLs) Hand-eye coordination and functional development Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with caregivers, families, and therapy team (PT, Speech) Educate families on home exercise programs and therapy strategies Requirements Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Arizona or Compact State, if applicable) BLS Certification (required) Minimum 1–2 years of Occupational Therapy experience Outpatient experience required Pediatric experience strongly preferred Strong communication and patient interaction skills Benefits Medical Insurance, 401K
