Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to serve
cross-categorical, itinerant school sites in Fontana, CA. This
position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday
through Friday, starting in August 2026 and continuing through the
end of the 2026-2027 school year. The caseload will be managed
within state requirements, providing services to a diverse student
population. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy
services aligned with school-based needs across multiple itinerant
sites. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment
plans for students. Collaborate with educators, families, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain
accurate documentation and compliance with state and school
guidelines. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license.
Experience in school-based OT preferred. Proven ability to manage
caseloads within state licensing regulations. Strong communication
and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively across
diverse school environments. Location: Fontana, CA Type: Contract
(School-based) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days per week
