Requirements Update 11/17/2025>> Looking for experienced
providers. Fixed Clinic Schedule: 0800-1200, 1300-1700 Monday -
Thursday 0800-1200, Friday Call is needed for approximately 10 days
a month, predominately newborn care, rotating call schedule with
local provider. Coverage schedule would include a combination of:
-Clinic Only -Clinic Call -Call Only on weekends Clinic Resources:
-CLIA Waive testing in office -Office Support: front office staff,
dedicated medical assistant, dedicated office manager, higher level
of lab & xray at hospital, full-time local in-office pediatrician.
Lake Havasu City: Home to the famous London Bridge, beautiful
winter weather, many outdoor activities to include boating,
off-roading, walking/hiking trails and many more. Documentation
needed on timesheet for all overtime and call-back hours logged. •
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary
pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and
drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding. •
Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background
screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and
credentialing • Facilities may impose various administrative,
credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their
onboarding and approval processes. Please refer to contract terms.
All such fees are the responsibility of the vendor and must be
satisfied to proceed with any assignment. Schedule Monday: Not
