Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice Location: Parker, AZ Employer: OneStaff Locums Pay: $100 to $110 per hour Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Start Date: ASAP (Pending Credentialing) Shift: 5x8s or 4x10s (Mon-Fri 10am - 6:30pm, 30 min lunch) NO CALL OR WEEKENDS! - Critical Access Hospital providing essential rural healthcare with services like advanced digital imaging, surgical care, rehabilitation, and a focus on community - centered, compassionate care. Responsibilities : Family Practice for Rural Health Clinic responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within the scope of practice. May be required to work at other Hospital-Owned Clinics or main Hospital as needed. Provider will examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications, some suturing. EMR: Evident Patients Per Day: 15-20 Requirements AZ License MSN (Accredited Nurse Practitioner) BLS, ACLS, PALS & DEA
