Job Description - Successful practice has been serving the
Inland Empire for over 30 years - Very physician friendly - The
group has 6 locations currently and approximately 18 providers -
100% outpatient practice - Established patient panel - See 20-22
patients per day - No OB - Shared phone call only - M-F 8am " 5pm
schedule - eClinicalWorks EMR - Extremely well-run practice ensures
that patients are scheduled in advance to see providers of the
appropriate care level (MD vs NP/PA) - Emphasis on providing
compassionate care for the underserved population - High physician
satisfaction and very little turnover - Competitive salary plus
annual bonuses based on timely charting, productivity, and
citizenship ($10,000-$20,000) - Sign on available for providers
relocating to the area - W2 position with full benefits including
PPO health coverage for immediate family, 401k, 3 weeks vacation,
and disability - Malpractice with tail - Located in Rialto - Visa
