• Professional development assistanceYour Role:As a Nurse Practitioner on our team, you'll be delivering comprehensive primary care in a community-based setting, with the autonomy and support you need to build lasting patient relationships.
  • See 16-20 patients per day
  • Approximately 70-80% direct patient care, 20-30% indirect (e.g., Rx refills, urgent messages, labs, etc.)
  • Occasional same-day or telehealth visits as needed
  • Opportunity to perform outpatient procedures (no OB)
  • Manage your own patient panel with collaborative team support

    • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of California (required)
    • 1-3 years of experience in a primary care or urgent care setting preferred
    • Passion for patient-centered care and continuity
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team
