Job Description & RequirementsSocial Worker - Acute - (SW - Acute)StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00 - 1900.00Required QualificationsNeeds to be located in Southern Caifornia.MSW needed to cover LOA for 4-6 weeks.High Risk Clinic, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. The MSW is on-site within the high risk clinic, meeting with patients for psychosocial evaluations to identify needs, available for brief interventions & assistance with various resources and forms. Looking for someone who has experience in a healthcare setting. the caregiver would need to be familiar and efficient with knowing what resources are available to our patients here in our community . So it's very important that they are from the community.
