Company Overview: Our client is a family-owned distributor and manufacturer of heating and air conditioning products serving the contractors of the Southwestern United States.

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to support all of our marketing efforts. This position will work closely with current marketing staff to support sales activities (shows, events, campaigns, etc) and help execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive revenue.

PRIMARY DUTIES

"Update and maintain product information;

"Track and analyze results of promotional efforts;

"Coordinate and deploy email and direct mail campaigns;

"Track co-op funds available from our vendors;

"Research industry trends;

"Distribute and analyze customer surveys;

"Assist team members with day to day marketing tasks and activities as requested

"Coordinate the production of branded items such as stationary and promotional item

"Additional duties as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

"Excellent writing, communication, organization, computer and analytical skills

"4-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or sales administration

"Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines

"Familiar with Microsoft Office

"Team player attitude

"Dedication to outstanding customer service

"Comfortable in fast paced marketing and sales environment

"May require occasional travel to local trade shows and events

"Graphic design experience a plus

"Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
