Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provision of in-person for Children, Individual, Family, and/or Couples Therapy: Clinicians can define the modalities and populations with whom they feel the most comfortable and competent. The assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of DSM V mental health disorders via our HIPAA-compliant platform Clinical record documentation on our secure platform per the standards of care and licensing requirements This is primarily an onsite position! Pay: Competitive pay with rates from $70.00 per hour to $100.00 per hour. Compensation within this range is determined by candidate's degree level; client contact modality (remote, hybrid, or in person at one of our physical practice locations); years of licensed experience; and additional certifications/experience with our most highly treated populations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time $200 therapist referral bonus (must be a fulltime employee and referred therapist must be a fulltime employee within 90 days) Perks & Benefits (W2 position!) We consider full-time to be only 20 sessions per week or 80 sessions a month Medical, Dental, and Vision (full-time benefit) Up to 2 weeks PTO (full-time benefit) 401(k) (full-time benefit) Education and Experience: Licensed Mental Health Therapist in California LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist Education: Master's or Doctoral degree Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills Experience working with children, individuals, families, and/or couples Experience working with a variety of client populations which may include children, teens, adults, and elderly clients Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them.
